To provide everyone I meet an opportunity to be photographed in their natural setting and have their photography best brought out through my images.

Specializing in portrait and wedding photography as his favorites, Sanka is a multi talented photographer who has also excelled in commercial photography, fashion photography, news photography and fashion photography. Coming from a family of photographers and artists, Sanka’s photography career began as a photography assistant to his uncle, and later embarked on taking photos on his own doing small coverages such as Montessori concerts, family weddings and held his first exhibition in 2000 during his university days called ‘Kirana saha Sewaneli’ ( Rays and Shadows) and a follow up exhibition in 2009 called ‘Kids Click’, photographs of kids in their natural environment.

Today, Sanka has expanded his photography career to cater to a wide range of companies and individuals offering a range of photography styles at his own establishment at Studio Click. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Ruhuna and a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Jayawardenapura, Sanka is a well rounded scholar and a dedicated photographer keen in developing and sustaining the photography industry and its integrity.

Located in the heart of Battaramulla, Studio Click is a well equipped photography studio taking the concept of a traditional photography studio a few steps beyond to the next level. At Studio Click, each photo is cared for to bring out the smiles and the joys of each individual.  Studio Click takes pride in being the only studio with the philosophy of ‘positivism’ and ‘going beyond the lens to capture a photograph’ where the team specializes in bringing out the natural smiles, the informal gestures and expression of emotions and love with each click, to make each photograph unique.
